Rima Fakih is one of the early favorites to win the Miss Universe 2010 title representing the United States of America. It was such a long time since U.S.A. grabbed the Miss Universe title. Miss Michigan Rima Fakih was crowned Miss USA last May in Las Vegas, becoming the first Arab/Muslim American to ever win the title. I hope her native people back in Lebanon are proud of her accomplishment. Several days after she was crowned as Miss USA 2010, Rima's scandalous pole-dancing pictures that were leaked by someone she had considered a friend became a major buzz. Despite speculations that the controversial new Miss USA would be stripped of her title, the pageant organizers said that she'll keep her title. Rima Fakih (born October 2, 1986 in Şrīfā, Al Janūb, Lebanon) is an American beauty pageant titleholder and winner of Miss USA 2010. She won the Miss Michigan USA pageant on September 19, 2009, and the Miss USA pageant on May 16, 2010. She is the first Miss Michigan to win the Miss USA title since Kenya Moore in 1993.
